Caz at St Paul's Church Centre

Hi, I'm Caz. My journey to better health began after becoming a mum. Along the way, I've faced personal and health challenges, including living with M.E., which often made managing my weight feel difficult. Like many people, I found myself turning to comfort eating. In 2010, I returned to Slimming World. With the support of my group, I achieved my target weight and was inspired to become a Slimming World Consultant in 2014. After stepping back in 2019, I'm delighted to be back supporting members again. My journey has been one of resilience and determination. Whatever challenges you may be facing, I'd love to support you on your own journey and show you that, with determination and the right support, anything is possible.
