I am Christopher from Merthyr Tydfil. I joined Slimming World and lost 10 stones by Food Optimising. I have run my group for 18 year I have 2 groups members 1 in Merthyr on Monday night 6pm and 1 in Hirwaun on Tuesday night 6pm. You will always have warm welcome for you when you visit our groups.
