I started my journey at the beginning of March 2023. I used to think my weight was due to my age and the fact that I have 7 children. How wrong was I, having lost 3st 3.5lb! I am a lot fitter and healthier. I am also in training and a Consultant, I have just completed days 4, 5 and 6 and loving it. I have my own group now and my confidence is growing.
