I remember the very first time I walked through the doors at my local Slimming World group - I was tired of being overweight but had no idea how to do anything about it. I was very nervous that first night but was really surprised to be greeted at the door by my friendly Consultant. From that moment on everything was fine and within just 14 weeks I had lost 2st 2lbs to reach my target. I'll never forget the feeling that night I reached my target and I just want to help others reach it too. If I can do it then anyone can. Feel free to pop in and meet us.
