Slimming World has changed my life - I'm happy I'm active and loving life. Come along and join the club with the big heart. it will change your life for ever. I joined Slimming World as I was so unhappy within myself, I was a young mum just existing rather than living my life. The first day I walked through the doors I was shaking like a leaf. I was made feel so welcome and to feel at ease from the offset. To be honest it was the only place I have ever felt that I belonged. I lost weight each week with bucket loads of help and support from my Consultant and my Group. I had a new found confidence and I joined my Local Gym and absolutely love Body Magic, which is great to help shape and tone my body, plus for my mental health.
