I’m married to Bill and have two sons, Sam and Ryan. I joined Slimming World in January 2010 as I felt so unhappy and unhealthy being overweight. I reached my target weight in June that year and I’ve been there ever since! Slimming World and Food Optimising is now a way of life for me and my family.
