Hello. A little bit about me - I joined Slimming World in 2011 and I've never looked back, the group was so warm and friendly and after a lifetime of trying a range of ‘diets’ that just didn’t work, it was fantastic. I found a new set of friends and even started running with them! As I lost weight, I gained confidence. I started to do more exercise at the gym and more running - eventually running the Great North Run half marathon, having raised over £1000 for the Anthony Nolan Trust. I became a Consultant in January 2018 with one group. I now have 3 groups and absolutely love supporting members to achieve their dream. My members are an inspiration to me and to each other. We help each other and I learn so much from them - I love my job!
