I joined Slimming World back in 2009 following the birth of my first child. Like many other new mums I was left carrying extra weight that I wanted to lose. I was nervous walking through the doors that first night but was soon put at ease as I was welcomed by the lovely Consultant. From that point I learnt all about Food Optimising and how I could lose weight eating all of the food I enjoyed and never needed to hungry! I’ve never looked back and 3 stone later I’m now the fun mum I always wanted to be. My group provides the same welcoming and supportive atmosphere that I was offered. Every week we celebrate as members achieve their weight loss goals and their dreams become a reality. We cannot wait to welcome you.
