I joined Slimming World in 2014 after I realised, I needed to make some changes. I had tried everything going and was at a loss around what else to do. Talking to a friend, she said she’d joined a Slimming World group and done really well so I went along to my local group... Once I learned how to Food Optimise, I realised there was so much Free Food you can eat without consequences so you’re never hungry – it’s amazing! In December 2015, I started my very own group.
