Hi I’m Nicola. I started my Slimming World journey in 2019 ready for my daughter's 2020 wedding. The wedding got postponed three times and eventually took place in 2022. During this time I left group and put all my weight back on but, determined to be my ideal weight, I rejoined in 2022. Then I lost 2 stone, reached my target for the wedding and have stayed in target for two years! I enjoy Food Optimising and find it easy to follow the plan. It gives me pleasure following the plan and I still go to group every week and stay to IMAGE Therapy even though I’m a target member . I became a Consultant as I now want to help others achieve their dream weight and maintain it . In my group you will be encouraged and never judged. Come join me.
