I joined Slimming World to lose weight to assist my fertility journey after many unsuccessful rounds (8 in total) of IVF including devastating baby losses (3 in total) and the impact the hormones and treatment had taken a toll on my body. I lost a total of 2 stone 2 1/2 lbs before embarking on my final round of IVF that was successful and gave me my amazing twin daughters who are now 17 months old. I lost all my baby weight after 10 days and reset my target 3 times but have now been at target for a whole year with a total loss of 3 stone 4 lbs. I became a Consultant because the plan works, I believe in it and without Slimming World I wouldn’t have my girls. Food Optimising is simple and easy to follow and soon becomes the norm.
