Hi, I’m Lauren! At just 20 years old, my health and size made even the simplest tasks, like climbing the stairs, feel impossible. I felt isolated, overwhelmed, and convinced that losing weight was hopeless. That changed when I joined Slimming World, and I’ve never looked back. I’ve lost over 7 stone, reached my target! I’ve gained my health, my confidence, and gained the freedom to live life fully, from horse riding to making memories with loved ones. I became a Consultant because I know how it feels to struggle, and how incredible it feels to overcome.
