I joined Slimming World because I was fed up of being a frumpy mummy and wanted to be a yummy mummy. I lost 1st 9lbs following the Extra Easy plan and discovered I didn’t have to starve to lose the weight. I enjoyed proper meals such as burgers and chips, curry and rice, and sausage and mash – I could even enjoy a glass of wine and still lost 1-2lbs a week. Food Optimising has three simple steps and fits into all lifestyles, it’s easy to follow and the results are awesome! I opened my group in 2012 and have enjoyed watching my members lose weight and gain their confidence back. Watching the pounds come off and the smiles appearing is a real joy.
