I joined Slimming World to support my daughter and to lose the weight that had crept on over two or three years. I've now lost over 5 stones with Slimming World and, although I'm still on my journey, I decided that I really wanted to help others to do the same. And I do, every week, as a Slimming World Consultant! The members in my group are inspirational and supportive, and are all on their journey, just like you. I run the Pelaw group on Friday mornings and love to welcome new members. I can't wait to tell you all about Food Optimising and all of the lovely Free Foods that you can eat.
