GEMMA at Torrisholme Methodist Church Norwood Drive

I have been a member of Slimming World on and off for many years but in January 2025 I went back to group and started my journey all over again, this time determined to lose the weight and keep it off. In December 2025 I reached my target weight of 11 stone having lost over 8 stone in 11 months. Food Optimising has positively changed how I cook, how I eat and how I feel. I love how flexible the plan is to fit in with real life. Group is a lifeline for me, staying and being part of the support system has not only boosted my weight loss but has also given me the inspiration to become a Consultant myself surrounded by our fabulous Slimming World community. I am thrilled to be able to support others on their weight loss journey.
