Hi, Iʼm Jo, and Iʼm a Consultant in Banbury and Bodicote. Iʼve been a Consultant since January 2022, and I absolutely love the role. I trained as a Consultant so I could share my passion for the fabulous, flexible Food Optimising plan with others and support them to reach their dream weight, just like I have. I lost a total of 4st and I love how you can eat normal, everyday, delicious food and still lose weight! Sounds crazy, but itʼs true! All my members are a fantastic bunch of like-minded people who all support and encourage each other. Come along and meet us – there are no strangers here, just friends youʼve yet to meet. ❤️
