I began my Slimming World journey in May 2015. I lost 5.5 stones to reach my target weight and have now become a consultant! When I first joined my confidence was at an all-time low and I wasn't sure which way to turn. I couldn't be happier that I turned to Slimming World. Food Optimising has changed my life. I can still enjoy all the same meals I did before, such as lasagne, chilli con carne, Sunday roast and curry; but simply prepare them in a much healthier way. This means that my family and I are eating healthier, more filling food but also not depriving ourselves of a few treats! I can’t wait to welcome you on your weight loss journey. Slimming World groups update
Our community groups across England, Scotland and Wales have now fully reopened and are running as normal.
Our groups in Northern Ireland are still running a little differently – with slightly smaller, shorter sessions, and the start times may be different to those advertised.
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and double-check group times. No matter how your group's running, you'll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you'd love.
