I joined Slimming World after feeling so disappointed with how I looked at my graduation - what should have been a day of feeling proud. At my first group I was made to feel really welcome - to be honest, my group felt like family. And I want you to feel the same when you make that fabulous decision - welcome and safe. I'm here to help you to grow in confidence, self esteem and feel amazing - plus all the other benefits that come with the weight loss I know you'll achieve. All while eating delicious Free Food - no weighing, counting or measuring.
