I joined Slimming World in 2019 after one of my most difficult years. I had gained weight, had three outfits left in the wardrobe that fit me (I love clothes) and my blood pressure was out of control. I was almost at target when we went into the first lockdown but continued the Food Optimising plan and became the first target member for my group during lockdown. My Consultant then supported me to become a Consultant. That was 3 1/2 years ago. I am so proud of my group and its members, they are very friendly, welcoming and supportive to everyone. My confidence has soared since joining Slimming World, I can wear the clothes that I love and my blood pressure is well controlled 😊 I'd love to welcome you.
