I’m local to the area and, like many of you, I’ve always struggled with my weight. So far, I’ve lost 5 stone 10.5 lbs, but I’m still very much on my journey and still face challenges along the way. Because of that, I truly understand how hard it can be and what you’re going through. My group is a friendly, supportive space with absolutely no judgment—just encouragement, understanding, and real-life support.
