I had spent much of my adult life overweight, trying different things to lose weight only to put the weight and more back on. Then I found my local Slimming World group and have never looked back. With the support of my Consultant and fellow members I lost 13st and that inspired me to become a Consultant to support members to achieve their own weight loss dreams.
