I joined Slimming World in April 2017 as I was deeply unhappy with my weight and how it made me look and feel. I’d seen lots of amazing food posts on Instagram and was inspired to find out more. 28 weeks later, without ever missing a group, I reached my Personal Achievement Target and celebrated with the other members. I loved Food Optimising – it gave me flexibility without ever having to worry about calorie counting and I never felt deprived. The Slimming World recipes are among the best I've ever tasted! I know I couldn't have achieved my dream without the care and support of my Consultant and the other members in group so I decided to become a Consultant myself in order to help people feel like I did.
