I grew up always struggling with my weight, always the chubby/chunky one! As an adult I found Slimming World, I convinced my partner to come too, and we also started running which we both loved. We also loved the homemade curries, burgers, and chilli. I soon reached target. After moving to Shropshire, the weight started to creep back on so I joined a local Slimming World group and hit target again in March 2025 before becoming a Consultant in April (for the same group). Our group is warm, friendly and supportive. We chat about new recipes, strategies, upcoming challenges, and celebrate every success with genuine smiles. The group feels like a circle of like-minded friends, and we’ve seen so many members reach their dream target weight.
