After my 3 year old daughter was born, everybody told me I'd lose weight naturally – it wasn’t that easy! I didn't bother to take care of myself and didn't like leaving the house - I felt like everyone was judging me.   I sat in the car outside my local Slimming World for four weeks before I had the courage to walk through the doors. I needn’t have worried, as I was greeted by my fun, friendly and fab Consultant. I loved the group so much; everyone was so friendly, there was no judgement or humiliation and a feeling of belonging. I lost 4½lbs in my first week and kicked myself for not joining sooner. In just four months I’ve lost 4 stones and can’t wait to help others achieve their weight loss dreams.
