I’d love to welcome you to our friendly group, where we can help you to lose weight easily with our healthy eating plan – there’s no need to go hungry here! I know that trying to diet can make losing weight miserable, however when I walked into a Slimming World group feeling fed up of being overweight and thinking nothing would ever work, I was delighted to find that I could eat family friendly meals and still lose weight. 5 1/2 stones lighter and having been at my chosen target weight since 2015, I love being able to help others achieve their goal weight and stay there, something that over 40 Target members in my groups have achieved!
