Hi! I'm Gemma and I'm a Slimming World Consultant running my group at Haresfinch URC, Derwent Road every Wednesday at 6pm. I've been a Consultant since 2014 and in this time I have helped so many members to achieve their weight loss goals and dreams and reaching their dream target weight which is set for life.
