After my first group I was made fully aware of how if I Food Optimised 100% then my weight loss was going to be a success. Here I am today now a Slimming World Consultant because I know it works and I want to help others achieve what I have achieved. My most proud thing I have learned and taken from Slimming World is that I've changed my family eating habits for good. My 2 beautiful children and husband eat fresh healthy food daily.
