I joined Slimming World as a member back in 2014. I was so nervous when I walked through the doors - I couldn’t believe that Food Optimising could possibly work for me. Over the next two years I went on to lose 11st 3.5lbs, well over half of my body weight. I couldn't believe that I could still enjoy my food without ever going hungry. The support and encouragement I received in group each week helped to make it easy. I became a Consultant in 2017 as I wanted to help others achieve their dream weight. I’d love you to come along and be part of our ongoing success story. Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
