I joined Slimming World because I didn't want to be fat and forty! By the time I reached my 40th birthday I was one and a half stone lighter! Wow! What an achievement, then I went on to lose another one and half stone to become very near to my target weight! My group is very friendly with one member losing over 6 stones in one year! We all look forward to new members joining and sharing their own personal achievements with us!
