My journey started in 2007, when I realised my weight was making me miserable. A friend suggested I join her at the group she attended and one night I found the courage to go along. That first night, I wondered what I could possibly eat. Then I read my Food Optimising book and I realised I could eat all the things I loved – it was just real, everyday food. And it worked! I lost 2st and reached my personal target. In 2012, I trained to become a Consultant because I wanted to help others achieve their dreams and feel how I do.
