I joined my local Slimming World group in February 2013 and lost 4st. In the process of changing my whole family's lifestyle for the better, I decided to become a Consultant, and help other people change their lives too. As a family we love tucking into great meals like cottage pie, spaghetti Bolognese and roast dinners. Due to my weight loss I have embraced a more active lifestyle. I completed the Couch to 5K programme and hope to train for a marathon one day. I love Slimming World, I'm passionate about food and helping people lose the weight they want to lose and seeing my members transform before my eyes is amazing.
