Slimming World has absolutely changed my life - Food Optimising helped me to lose five stone and reach my target. I love that you never have to go hungry and nothing is banned. I understand what it feels like to have no confidence and be unhappy with myself, but walking through the doors of my local group was the best thing I could have done. I love how friendly and welcoming all groups are so please don't be afraid to take that step, believe me, you wont regret it.
