A healthy eating plan, not a diet, a liberating way of eating that I could sustain for the rest of my life! No deprivation and no hunger! Following Food Optimising changed my life forever! With a 7 stones weight loss and a new Passion for life, I left my career of 25 years and became a Slimming World Consultant.
