Carl at The Denby Institute

Hi I’m Carl, from Derbyshire 👋🏻 I’m married to Mary and we have a teenage daughter. My group is in Ripley on Thursday evenings and my sessions are at 5.30pm and 7pm. I work full time as a care home chef, but the dream is to make Slimming World my full time role. I love inspiring and motivating people to reach their goals. I’ve currently lost just over 4 stone after a liver transplant in 2018. A new life meant ‘making lots of changes’ to be a healthier, better me! I’m loving this journey! And I'd love to welcome you to my group!
