I joined Slimming World in January 2014. I wanted to lose weight to get my healthy life back. I found a group and each week in IMAGE Therapy I received support, inspiration and motivation to Food Optimise and eat unlimited Free Food for the week ahead. This resulted in losing 3 stones in 6 months. Since becoming a Consultant in September 2014, my love for Slimming World has grown stronger and stronger. I support members in Wallingford and Stanford in the Vale weekly to reach their own personal achievement targets. I'm also a Team Developer supporting Consultants in 25 groups in the local area; meaning I get to support even more members. Pop along to find out how you can eat yourself slim just like I did! Slimming World groups update
Our community groups across England, Scotland and Wales have now fully reopened and are running as normal.
Our groups in Northern Ireland are still running a little differently – with slightly smaller, shorter sessions, and the start times may be different to those advertised.
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and double-check group times. No matter how your group's running, you'll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you'd love.
