I returned to Slimming World as a member in 2013. I had constant anxiety about health issues and I knew I had to lose weight (at least 7 stone). I felt ashamed I had let this happen, but excited! I did go on to lose that 7 stone plus some & became a Consultant to reach out to other in a dark place. To be an encouragement that by making small changes everyday you can feel a lightness in yourself again. Food Optimising was a revelation so was planning & shopping differently. I've been working on maintaining my 7+ weight loss for at least 12 years eating foods I love!
