I joined Slimming World in 2014 after I realised, I needed to make some changes. I had tried everything going and was at a loss around what else to do. Talking to a friend, she said she’d joined a Slimming World group and done really well so I went along to my local group... Once I learned how to Food Optimise, I realised there was so much Free Food you can eat without consequences so you’re never hungry – it’s amazing! In December 2015, I started my very own group. If you want to eat the foods you love and still lose weight, then we have all the tools here to help you. Come along to my group where you will receive a warm welcome and all the care and support you need to reach your dream weight.
Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
