When my daughter reached seven months old I realised the baby weight wasn't going to magically drop off and the "I've just had a baby" excuse was getting a bit old! A few of the other mums at toddler group were Slimming World members and were looking fabulous, so I joined Slimming World too. I couldn’t believe that I could eat pasta and potatoes and still lose weight. It was truly a revelation for me. I went on to lose 4 stone before becoming a Consultant and I have kept it off for seven years now. We've always eaten as a family and it's reassuring to see that my daughters have naturally healthy habits. Slimming World has transformed my life so now, as a Consultant, I want to be able to help people transform their lives too.
