I joined Slimming World because I had lost all confidence in myself and hated how I looked. I was inspired by a family friend and was intrigued about how it all worked. My mum had turned 60 and we decided to join together, that was over 12 years ago. Since walking through the Slimming World doors I can honestly say I have never looked back. I decided to become a Consultant because I loved supporting my fellow members, being part of the social team and it became a natural fit. I have been a Consultant for 8 years in June 2026. I love my role especially seeing the transformations, the confidence grow, health issues improve, friendships made. My groups are like a family full of support, sharing ideas and celebrating key moments! It's magical!
