My name is Emma and I'm a Consultant and Team Developer. I love being apart of this amazing family and supporting members achieve their weight loss dream. Food Optimising is just the best, I love all the Free Food, especially pasta and a great roast dinner, and it also fits in perfect with my family and social life. I've lost a total of 7 stone and kept it off by changing my mindset around food and I love being more active with my family. I'm a mum to 3 amazing children and this role allows me to see all their key moments. Seeing my members every week is just amazing and I absolutely love my job. I'd love to welcome you to my group.
