Being a mother of three children, two with special needs, I never had time for myself. I reached a point where I was so unhappy with how I looked and how I felt that I knew I had to make the time. Joining Slimming World is a decision I will not reget. I became part of the social team at every group I attended, I met my best friend, won several competitions and have so far lost over 8st. I became a Consultant to help support people to achieve their own weight goals because I understand exactly how it feels to walk through that door and to have a low self esteem. Seeing the changes in my members, not just on the scales but in their confidence, happiness and belief in themselves, is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. xx
