Hi, I’m Jennie. I joined Slimming World after struggling with my weight for years and feeling stuck in a cycle of trying and restarting. Since joining, I’ve lost 4½ stone and completely changed my relationship with food. Food Optimising gave me the freedom to still enjoy my favourite meals with a few simple adaptations, without feeling restricted. That’s why I became a Slimming World Consultant — I’m passionate about the plan and helping others see that weight loss can fit into real life. My group is still relatively new, but the support and results have been incredible, with members losing an amazing 10 stone collectively in the first two weeks of 2026.
