In 2018 I reached my target weight, meaning I’d lost a further 5 stone with Slimming World (with a previous yo-yo weight loss journey where I had lost 4 stone prior to joining). In 2019 I was the winner of the National Mr Sleek award and in 2022 I became a Slimming World Consultant to help other people lose weight successfully. Although I’ve had an up and down journey with my weight, I’ve successfully managed to keep it off and love the feeling of being in control of my weight. I'd love to help you, too.
