If you want to find out more about changing the way you shop, cook and eat then come along to our warm and friendly group. We’ll be with you every step of the way to help you achieve your dream weight! I joined Slimming World so I could keep up with my kids and enjoy being a mum. As someone who loves food, cooking and eating - I’m pleased to say I've never missed out on any of my favourite foods while losing weight.
