Monica at Plymstock Community Centre

Hey!! I'm Monica and run groups every Monday at 5pm and 7pm in the Broadway Community Centre in Plymstock! I've lost 6.5 stone and been a target member for 2.5 years. I'd absolutely love to help and support you to better health and energy - falling in love with Food Optimising and yourself again!! The support in group from my members and me is where it's at to really help, encourage and inspire you every week.
