I joined Slimming World after a holiday moment I’ll never forget. I couldn’t fasten the safety bar on a ride in Florida. That was my turning point. With Food Optimising, I lost 6 st 3 lbs and I’ve now kept it off for more than eight years. It completely changed my life, I discovered confidence, happiness and a love of food again. That passion inspired me to become a Consultant, and I’m so proud to be Slimming World’s Top Target Consultant 2025. Today I support over 400 members, who together lost more than 800 stones last year. My groups are warm, friendly and full of laughter, proof that lasting success really is possible for everyone.
