I joined Slimming World as a member in January 2017 after feeling miserable about my weight. The weight interfered with my work, social life, confidence and relationships. Joining has changed my life completely! After seeing how much my confidence, mood and life in general had improved, I knew I had to help others do the same and feel amazing too, so I became a Consultant! Food Optimising allows you to watch the pounds drop off whilst still enjoying the foods you love and never going hungry. This isn’t a diet! And staying to group each week, members can support each other and be supported while having fun, sharing successes, tips and recipes - all within a warm and safe environment!
