As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.

I joined Slimming World in 2015, after having my children. I lost 2st without ever feeling hungry or deprived. In 2016, I became a Consultant as I wanted to help other people achieve their dream weight and gain the confidence that I have.
