I joined Slimming World in 2010 and wanted to lose weight so I could be fab at forty. I’m now at my target weight, after losing 2st 8lb by Food Optimising. I’ve lowered my BMI and I’m no longer at risk of type 2 diabetes. I wanted to share my journey and experiences with others and that’s why I became a Consultant in October 2013. Food Optimising is all about getting into new grooves, to enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle that the whole family can enjoy. No food or drink is banned, so I can still enjoy a meal out and a glass of wine at the weekend. Come along to one of my lovely groups and speak to the members about their successes.

If you’re thinking of joining us don’t miss out! Come along at the advertised time to get everything you need for a fab first week. Your first session will last around 1½ hours and around 1 hour each week after that.

Your first time at a Slimming World group

As soon as you walk through the doors, you’ll get a warm welcome from your Consultant and fellow members. Before you go ahead and join, your Consultant will explain everything you need to know about our delicious Food Optimising plan.

You’ll then be invited to enjoy our support session where our members share ideas, recipes and their inspirational stories – this is where the magic happens!

Along with other new members, you’ll enrol and weigh-in privately – your weight always remains confidential.

The session will last around 1½ hours – there's no obligation to join, but you’ll be so glad you did!
