After years of yo-yo dieting, I decided that this time I really needed to sort myself out and lose weight. I had recently had the news that I was to be a Nanny, so I wanted to be fit and well for the impending arrival! In April 2017, I marched myself into my local Group where I was welcomed with open arms. By September I had achieved my goal and lost two stones, just in time for the birth of my beautiful granddaughter. I know how hard it is to walk through the door of your local Group for the very first time. I have got to the carpark and turned myself around on many occasions, but there’s no need to worry.
